CNC1800L Set Top Box Processor

Cavium’s Media Processor offer industry leading integration and best price-performance for Set Top Box, Digital TV and High Definition Multimedia player applications. The Cavium CNC1800L product is a highly integrated SoC combining a 1080p30 multi-standard video decoder with advanced conditional access, transport, picture quality processing, for DVR products and uses industry standard ARM CPU’s. The High degree of integration deployed in the CNC1800L Set Top Box processor is intended to provide OEMs and service providers with aggressive system bill-of-materials (BOM) cost in order to enable mass market adoption in such devices as advanced DVB-C, DVB-S and DVB-T Set Top Boxes, Connected Blu-ray players, Networked Multimedia devices and Internet connected Smart TVs.
